My lifelong curiosity for how things work has always driven me from taking apart gadgets as a kid to re-engineering complex business operations today. My professional foundation in operational strategy started through my BBA in MIS, which ultimately taught me to look beyond the immediate problem. In IT, I applied lessons to streamline digital workflows and infrastructure. While in construction, I learned the critical importance of resource management and real-world efficiency.
Now, to further my improvement skills, I'm integrating that experience with my studies in Lean Six Sigma and an exploration of modern tools like AI, focusing on how emerging technology can solve age-old operational challenges in new and powerful ways.
